Making A Purchase
It couldn’t be simpler to make a purchase. Browse through our catalogue and click on any item you wish to buy. Choose the country you’ll be representing, your correct size and the quantity you require. Then add the item to your shopping cart and continue browsing or click on “order” to fill in a few details that we need to complete your purchase. Customers agree to pay the full amount, including VAT, shipping, carriage and handling costs at the time of purchase.
Payment
Global Gear accepts payment by most major credit / debit cards. Our secure server and 128-bit encryption service ensure a secure transfer of all data, enabling you to feel completely safe when buying from our site.
We reserve the right to refuse service to non-creditworthy customers.
We reserve the right to amend prices or specifications and to add or withdraw any item at any time, without prior notice.
Customers agree that the purchase of Global Gear products is made at their own risk. This does not affect their statutory rights as consumers.
Shipping, Handling and Delivery
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and to make delivery within 5 working days or sooner if you reside within the UK. Deliveries to the European Europe should take 5-7 working days, and deliveries to the USA should take 7-14 days. Delivery to other countries may also be possible on application. Delivery charges are as stated before you place your final order and is detailed as follows
We use Royal Mail in the United Kingdom, Royal Mail Parcel Force to EU Countries, USPS in the United States and SA Postal Services in South Africa.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option of cancelling your order if you would rather not wait.
Right to Cancel
In compliance with each countries Distance Selling Regulations, the customer has the right to cancel any order within 7 days of ordering. On cancellation of the contract, the customer must return the goods at their own expense to Global Gear and in the mean time must take good care of them
Returns Policy
Items that are found to be faulty or the wrong size may be returned for exchange or refund. The garments must be unused and in a saleable condition with all the tags still attached and packaging included. The original receipt must also be returned.
If you’re returning a garment because it has a manufacturing defect, we'll refund any postage costs incurred in returning it to us. If you’re returning a garment because it doesn’t fit or you don’t like the colour, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
Please note that returned goods must be returned within 30 days
